ZINGMOBILE GROUP LIMITED INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING
Zingmobile Group Limited ARBN 126 494 880 ("Zingmobile" or "the Company") has announced an initial public offering ("IPO" or "the Offer") of ordinary shares ("Shares") and a proposed listing on the Australian Securities Exchange. Bell Potter Securities Limited is the Lead Manager and Underwriter ("Underwriter") for the IPO.
Zingmobile lodged a prospectus on 10 October 2007 with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission in relation to the Offer ("Prospectus").
PROSPECTUS
The Prospectus contains information about investing in fully paid ordinary shares in Zingmobile ("Shares").

The Corporations Act prohibits Zingmobile from accepting applications during the 7 day period after the date the Prospectus is lodged with ASIC. This period is referred to as the Exposure Period and ASIC may extend this period by up to a further 7 days. The Exposure Period enables the Prospectus to be examined by market participants prior to the Offer opening. During the Exposure Period, no Shares will be offered on the basis of the Prospectus. The Application Forms will not be available until after the expiry of the Exposure Period.
The Corporations Act prohibits any person from passing onto another person an Application Form that is attached to the Prospectus, unless that Application Form is attached to or accompanies a complete and unaltered copy of the Prospectus.
